It’s good now and getting better

Have been using it from when it was first launched. Things have stabilized with this plugin that had an extremely rocky start. It absolutely does what it needs to, it syncs customer and orders reliably and allows us to use every eCommerce related trigger available in Mailchimp, as well as segment and send targeted email campaigns using the extremely rich eCommerce data it collects. When there has been an issue, support was quick to acknowledge and help us fix or work around the issue. It has been getting better and better and will continue to do so. It’s actually already great now.
