No product in merchant center

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I have checked the feed you shared with us, it contains 1478 products.

I did noticed though that some of the default and required fields are missing from your feed, that is probably why none of your products are accepted by Google. You probably see a lot of notifications in your merchant center informing you about issues with your feed.

In paragraph 2 of this tutorial you’ll find how the default field mapping looked for Google Shopping feeds, I suggest you’ll keep those in place as much as possible: https://adtribes.io/setting-up-your-first-google-shopping-product-feed/

Judging from the error that is being shown on top of the XML result it appears you added a field to the field mapping page that does not meet Google’s XML requirements. Can you share a screenshot of the field mapping page with us?

Thanks for sharing your screenshot, can you remove at least one of the double shipping mappings? Most likely that will cause an issue.

Make sure to fully refresh your feed after you did so.

The XML error is gone now yes ?? Could you try uploading it to your merchant center?

Changes are of course that Google will come back with some notifications about the in the feed itself but that has nothing to do with the XML error you had before.

Juste one thing, in mapping I map GTIN with hwp var GTIN but in the feed this value doesn’t appear.

But this morning this value appaear !

Hi,

Bear in mind that the “hwp var GTIN” is from an external third party plugin, the ‘var’ part in it references to variations only. So when you map Google’s g:gtin field to the ‘hwp var GTIN” field probably only your variation products will have the GTIN filled in.

You need to make sure that the attribute naming is exactly the same for simple products and variations as you can map Google’s g:gtin field only to one attribute.

Yes I only have products with variations, and when I try an other feed, the GTIN appear.
I filled in the GTINs on all the variations!
That’s why I would like them to appear in my feed. So I mapped them to the ID.
But will it be enough for google?

I am not sure I understand what you mean but you can’t map your product ID to Google’s g:gtin field as that will lead to disapprovals of your products. You need to make sure your GTIN’s meet Google’s guidelines, see: https://adtribes.io/i-need-help-with-my-gtins/
