What do you mean by “translatable chain”?

In French the texte is : Aucune cha?ne traduisible n’a été trouvée pour ? eventon ? : or No translatable string was found for “eventon” with google traduction

And below appear : Ce paquet n’est pas entièrement configuré, nous ne savons donc pas à quoi servent les fichiers suivants. Cliquez l’onglet ?
