Menu on mobile view does not collapse

    Menu is working fine on desktop view but on mobile or tablet view, menu does not collapse after clicking on any menu item and also on close menu button.

    Thank you for writing in, please update the parent theme Arrival you are using older version. Once you update it your menu will be working perfectly.

    Still there is issue after updating parent theme. Close button is working but other menu buttons are not. Menu is not collapsing by clicking other menu buttons on mobile phone.

    Hello there,

    Can you please let us know which device you are using because we have tested the theme and we don’t have such issues with the menu.
    Also, your above link is not working, if possible please update it.

    This issue is on many devices. iPhone 7 , Samsung A30 ans many others.

    Hello there,

    Your menu is a parallax scrolling menu and currently, this is not possible to handle that menu on mobile. But we are working the theme update which will be available soon that update will fix your issue.
