Woo Manager causes a conflict with Woocommerce external products
-
I was having an issue changing the External Button text for an external/affliate product in Woocommerce. When I tried to change it to “Buy on Amazon” or anything else, the button text still said “External Button” whenever I viewed my product.
This happened even when viewing in an Incognito window where it’s not cached, and even on other browswers.
I tried turning off other plug-ins to see if something was conflicting with it. It seems to be the Woo manager that is causing the conflict. As soon as I deactivate it, Woocommerce is immediately able to show the external button with the altered text.
I also received an email notification the other day that Woo Manager was causing a technical issue. This was after Woocommerce had an update where it specifically said that some plugins had not been tested with the latest version of Woocommerce and could cause conflicts. Although I updated Woocommerce and thought there weren’t any outstanding issues, it seems that there still was a problem with Woo Manager.
I’d like to be able to use the Woo Manager plugin but it is preventing me from altering the External Button text for an affiliate product, which means it’s impossible to really list one. Is it possible to look into this issue and fix the conflict so that it doesn’t prevent that button text from being altered? Otherwise if not, it means that I’d have to keep the Woo Manager plugin deactivated.
