I am using the plugin in a few sites, and it is working properly in all except one, all sites use the same theme and almost same plugins, I can’t figure out why its not working.
I tried switching themes, deactivating all plugins, and the issue persists. The store address is in California, and the addresses I am testing are in California as well.

Hey @yasminlp!

I took a look at the site’s connection to the Jetpack server on our end and I saw this error:

Response Code: 403
    "error": "unauthorized",
    "message": "API calls to this blog have been disabled."
```
A 403 error would indicate something is blocking network requests on your server. I’d recommend reviewing any security plugins you might have installed and temporarily disabling them. Then reconnecting Jetpack.

If you are unsure of which plugins might be interfering, you could try reconnecting Jetpack with all other plugins temporarily disabled.

I’d also recommend reviewing the steps on the Jetpack troubleshooting tips page as well, if that doesn’t resolve the issue.
