MercadoPago Payment Gateway Integration

Today we have about 18 payment gateways available for our customers, which you can find here: https://givewp.com/addons/category/payment-gateways/. In addition, Stripe and PayPal Standard come as default for GiveWP.

For now, we have no plans to add the MercadoPago integration to GiveWP’s roadmap, but we’ll keep an eye on it if we receive more requests.

Thanks a lot for your help. It’s a pity there is not an integration yet. Stripe is not available in Latin America and PayPal is not used because his high fees and because it charges in dollars and not in the currency of each country.

It would be awesome if you can consider it because it will make possible to use GiveWP in Latin America. I don’t know if you will receive requests because GiveWP is not known, and the reason is what I told you, there is no way to use it until a MercadoPago integration is available. Then, I’m sure a lot of people will use GiveWP.

However, thanks for the documentation, although I’m not a developer who can do that work it’s nice to have that documentation. You never know.
