• I recently launched a WordPress site using a docker container and we were just notified that our Contact Us form does not seem to be working. I tried looking into things, came across the Post SMTP plugin. After installing and configuring it, I was able to successfully send a test e-mail from the plugin’s “Send a test email” link.

However, my Contact Us form still does not send e-mail. There is nothing logged in the plugin’s log page to show that there was an attempt to send anything through the form. I see the test e-mails in the log, but nothing from the form.

I guess I’m just not familiar enough with this platform to figure out where to even look to determine why the form isn’t sending e-mails.

Not really even sure what information is needed here as the test email works just fine which seems to indicate that the plugin is working. Do I need to change something in the form to make it use this plugin? Forgive my ignorance on this matter.
