Custom text for tracking nr also appears if shipping is not by dhl

@kersavond I am not sure I understand the issue, can you try to explain again? Are you customizing the “Completed” email and need to add the DHL link or something else?

the shop offers 2 kind of shippings: flat rate shipping & pickup at store.
the flat rate shipping will be done partially with dhl.
now, in the “dhl for woocommerce” we can set the tracking text which will be showed at the confirmed mail.

by testing, we have discovered following issue:
when the customer chooses “pickup at store” or the shop-owner decided to take an alternative to dhl, the tracking text should not appear in the “confirm” mail.
so, ideally the tracking text only appears in the confirmed mail, if a label is created by “dhl for woocommerce”.

btw, is it possible disable the order note mail?
and in an older documentation i saw there was a sandbox function, is this totally gone?

What text gets sent in the completed email if pickup is selected?

it shows the “tracking text”, but of course without {tracking-link}
it would be great if we could avoid showing the text if {tracking-link} is empty.
