Entries and date not showing

    Hi,

    I’ve been using WPForms for quite sometime now, and have been tracking form submissions on Google analytics via page (user gets to the thank you page). However over the last week, I’ve seen conversions on analytics, but no fewer entries on WPforms. On top of that, the dates on my WPForms entries have all disappeared, so now I can’t even go in and try to match up the submissions.

    Has anyone encountered this issue before?

    It sounds like you might be using the paid version of WPForms. In this case, please contact us by submitting a support ticket, and we can take a closer look at your site. This is because www.ads-software.com rules do not allow us to provide extensive support for paid features of WPForms on the support forum for WPForms Lite.
