    Hi,

for about two weeks my podcast imports miss the cover image? I have to upload it manually then.

And another question: Is there a chance to automatically import the transcript as well? So far it′s importing the shownotes and I manually copy the transcript once the podcast is online. Would like to have less manual steps if possible.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @anderag,

Thanks for using our plugin and for reaching out!

    1. That sounds odd – the images should be imported properly – any chance you could share a link to your RSS feed? I’ll make sure to check this out.

    2. Do you have the transcript available within the feed itself?

    Hi,
    thanks for your quick feedback.

    1. Here is the RSS URL: https://chancendenken.podigee.io/feed/mp3

    2. I upload the transcript in podigee for each episode. So it′s there. Right now in doc-format, but could be any other (I use sonix.ai for transcribing and love it).

    Thanks for your support.

    Hi again,

Thanks for sharing the RSS feed.

    1. I’ve tried to import it locally and everything seems to be working properly – all images were imported and attached the the posts as expected. Did you have an issue with a specific episode or with all of them?

    2. I see. I’m afraid it cannot be done automatically with our plugin, since it’s not really something that comes in the RSS feed so you will have to do it manually or find another way.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.
    1. I had the problem only for the last two episodes (so last two wednesdays). Any idea how to solve it?
    2. Is there a way to get the transcript in the RSS feed via podigee? Open for any other way to include it ??

    Hey again,

    1. So as mentioned, it did work for me, so hard to say what’s causing the issue on your end. If the images already exist in the media library, you could try to delete them and try to run the import again. Also, you can try to delete the “ongoing” import and recreate it, in case something got messed up there.

    2. This would be something to ask Podigee. Even if they do add it to the feed, unless it’s in the content tag it won’t show up when importing with our plugin. I’m afraid it’s still a bit too early to automate that part from our end.

    Ok, thanks for your support.
    1. Ok, I should try to “re-implement” the import. Will try this.
    2. Thanks. I know what you mean and it′s typical for me to look at something in the future ??
