ISSUES WITH WOOCOMMERCE BLOCKS

Hi @saugatakoley. I’ll address your questions in order:

Checkout Block:

1 and 2: The checkout block only works with a few payment methods at the moment. More will be added later.

3: The checkout block currently does not have this functionality. It will be added later.

4: Can you post a screenshot of what you’re referring to here? I’m not sure what you mean.

Firstly, thanks for replying.
Please check the following screenshots to have a better understanding of the problem.
1) https://snipboard.io/mAalu6.jpg – This is my actual empty cart page.

2) https://snipboard.io/YUnjxI.jpg – This is empty cart on woocommerce cart block. The content can be fixed by html. But anyway, even the product grid style below the empty cart messages doesn’t go with the theme.

3) https://snipboard.io/JFgzix.jpg – This is the border around payment method description that looks weird.

For item 2, the cart block is a change from the shortcode generated cart. With the block, merchants are able to configure the empty cart view using blocks in the editor. Here’s an example:

Each of the elements in this editor view are blocks (which can be moved). This provides more flexibility to merchants to control how the empty cart view looks (adding or removing blocks to suit).

Regarding item 3, the border around the payment method description is likely something added by your theme. Do you still see that with other themes? It likely could be fixed with some custom css (either added to your theme if it’s a custom theme, or using the customizer advanced css option). Without knowing what exact selectors your theme is targeting for that border it’s hard to suggest a fix (it might be :focus that the theme is targeting on that element).

Ahh, now I see what you are pointing out. That is only there when the description is in focus. This is present for accessibility reasons to indicate when the tab content is selected and in focus. This is not a bug, but is intended. If you remove the focus from that area, then you shouldn’t seen the focus border.
