Cant disable coming soon page

Tried to access my website on 6 different browsers and cant access it as its still showing the coming soon page.
The plug was deactivated and then deleted via FTP, also cleared all cache on my browsers and also server side still the same issue, noting to lie been at this for 2 hours now and its starting to P**s me off!
