• Hi

I have created a multi-vendor marketplace using wcfm. I assigned products to each store, and also provided addresses for each store.

The page linked above is my shop page. Where there is a location search filter. Apparently it is not working. I only have products Minnesota, USA. So the following address can be used as a test case – 123 Main Street NE, Minneapolis, MN.

When I do the same thing in the Store Locator, it is working as expected.

Any ideas on why this is the case?

Also, if possible, I would much prefer to just use ZIP CODE filter, rather than a whole address search filter. If that is possible, I would like to know what I can change. I am completely fine with a custom code, if available.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

    openstreetmap, right?
And you are talking about the “store list radius filter”-widget, right?
And you are using the “sidebar” on your store list, right?

I placed this issue quite some time ago and was told it would be fixed with last updated (Mid June updates) but the issue is still present. See here:
    https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/after-the-last-update-of-the-plugin-i-cant-view-any-data/#post-130740

I have opened a premium support ticket on this but haven’t received a response on this so far.

and also provided addresses for each store.

    – Only Address, don’t you have set store location using map? https://ibb.co/qjbnCxL

Without this it will not possible to search at product archive pages as there search works only using location.

For store list page it’s possible setup search city. zip code etc..

    Thank You

    – Store list Sidebar widgets are also work. but if you have added “Radius Filter” and “Location Filter” both widgets then it will not work. Only one location filter works at a time.

I also did the address as you shown on the image. It is working on the Store locator page.

It is not working on the SHOP Page/ Product Archive PAGE

You can also see my Store Locator Page by going to https://www.thebikebuy.com/store-locator/
Everything is working there as expected.

Store list Sidebar widgets are also work.
Not in my case – strange. I opened a separate topic:

I also did the address as you shown on the image. It is working on the Store locator page.

    – Please use Google Map API, Openstreetmap not able to show all these addresses. It’s location library is very limited and only works for popular places.

    Thank You

Unfortunately google maps is causing an other issue like it is not saying API code is present, even though it is present.

All the stores are visible in the Store Locator page, and can be filtered that way. I believe it is not the cause of Maps API, but rather, something is going on in the SHOP Page.

How do I get the location filter/ ZIP code filter to the Shop Page?
I did that by adding it to woocommerce side bar. Is that the way? Or should I also add some custom code?

Hi – would really appreciate if you can look into this. I had to end up removing the filter because of it.

    – Certainly there is no location/zip code filter available for shop /product archive pages.

    Only radius filter is there.
