Digital Basket Type

A digital basket is a new feature that we need to work on and improve. This is already being tracked.

But are you saying that if you look at the single meeting page the digital basket doesn’t show up?

I see digital basket as a type, and when checked will show up. What I don’t see is display of the link to make the digital contribution, even after filling in, in this example, the Venmo info.

Is this feature being worked on?

I don’t use Venmo, but many do and I see they have set up their account to be their name. Is there a way to make it private at least on the website?

We ran into this with one of our groups that use Venmo. Venmo requires a real person account, so it’s their banking information, contact, etc. To make it even more fun, you can’t actually link to Venmo for a payment like you can PayPal or some of the other payment sites, it has to be done from a mobile platform using their app.

Our solution was to put in the notes for the meeting that the group uses Venmo, and to please contact one of the group members for the Venmo info.
