I don’t see anything in the logs. I did see that under Facebook Developer Settings the domain url had HTTP instead of HTTPS, so I changed that, but still no help.

When I click reauthorize in the WP dashboard, i get “Can’t Load URL: The domain isn’t included in the app’s domains.”

This error will generated by facebook API when the redirect url used in the plugin is not added at app’s settings.
Please check the settings of app used in plugin.
Also, if there are any white-spaces in the redirect url you entered at Facebook app settings page then it might be not updated in the developers settings.
Also your site should be https.
If your redirect url is valid then a blue shaded enclosure will be added to the entered redirect url at app settings for entering the redirect url. And only if it is added the url will be updated at apps settings.
Please cross check your settings.
