Post Grids not working on Front Home Page

#1, Please make sure you install and activate our post grid plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-grid/

#2, make sure you are using shortcode under shortcode enable widget or area where shortcode support is enabled or under post content.

Yes to both. It was previously working but for some reason, isn’t showing anymore.

I’ve tested for plugin conflict or theme issue but it exhibiting the same issues.

Do you have any advice?

Could you please try adding following line in your theme functions.php file

add_filter('widget_text', 'do_shortcode');

i guess shortcode in the widget not running correctly, i haven’t reported this issue before or any other users.
