German Translation available

Found some language files for your wp polls plugin on the wordpress site.
Why are they not integrated into the plugin like in a language folder?It would be nice to have them updated with the plugin and ont deleted with an update after copying them to the plugin folder.

This plugin has move to uses GlotPress https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/wp-polls/. WP will automatically download the translation file once they reach 100%.
