Doesn’t work with All in One SEO Pack properly?

It looks like Cornerstone may be struggling to work with ?All in One SEO Pack?. On another site where I don’t use Cornerstone, everything works fine.
However, the XML sitemap is not generated correctly on the current site. Instead of https://mysite/category/mytitle, https://mysite/section/%postname% appears.
