sign up for affiliate in each country necessary?

    Im about to launch a global online shop based in Germany and Im thinking about using this plugin. looks pretty promising to me..
    Anyways I already signed up for the affiliate program in my country.

    If I use this plugin.. for the amazon link localization to work for all countries having affiliates programs..
    Im just wondering if I need to sign up for an affiliate program in each country? Or is one registration for one program in one country enough for the plugin to help me generate those commissions?

    really hope to get some info on that.
