Other SMTP for Uncommon Provider

    My client has been not been able to receive submissions from their WPForms form. WPForms seems to recommend the WP Mail SMTP plugin as a fix for this issue but, in setting up WP Mail SMTP, it looks to me that ‘other STMP’ only works for ‘popular’ email providers like Gmail and Hotmail; My client uses a .gov email address.

    Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get WP Mail SMTP to work with uncommon email providers?

    Other SMTP works for all email providers. Please get the SMTP settings from your hosting provider or email service. If you are having any issues with uncommon email provider’s SMTP settings, please share the error details recorded when sending the test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email SMTP.
