Overwrite Pixel ID with Business Manager’s pixel ID

    Hi,

    I recently created a Business Manager account to be able to run specific ads, and since I did, I’m having two pixels, one of my personal FB ad account, and one from the Business Manager ad account. The one that appears on the plugin remains the pixel from my personal ad account, and even after trying to “remove existing connection” (in manage connection), it still reconnects only with my personal pixel. How can I overwite the pixel in Facebook for Woocommerce OR add two pixels in there?

  • Hey @dapuppet,

    Thanks so much for your question! At the moment the Facebook API that we use in the current version of the plugin only allows selecting the personal ad account pixels as you’ve seen.

    The good news is that the new version the developers are working on will use the very latest Facebook API which has much more integration with Business Manager. This should then allow you to select the business manager pixel too! I don’t yet have a release date for the new version, as it’s still going through testing, though I hope it would be soon.

    Please do keep an eye out for the next release, v2.0.0, and let me know if you still have issues choosing your pixel afterward! Is there anything else I can help out with today?
