Can’t access buddypress/support – redirected to www.ads-software.com

    I have been trying to access the BuddyPress support but keep getting redirected to the WordPress homepage.

    I can see https://buddypress.org/ fine. When I click support (or go to a support url from Google search results) I get redirected to a www.ads-software.com login. I can login to www.ads-software.com, but now every time I try to access buddypress.org/support I just get redirected to the WordPress homepage and can’t see any of the support topics etc. I’ve tried clearing my cookies.

    Help?

    Thanks. I spent quite a while looking for info on whether this was a known issue and trying to get it to work before posting. Is there somewhere where these things are notified that I should have looked?

    Nice, thanks.

    As a work around, you can try going to BuddyPress.org/download, and then hovering over your Account menu and logging out.

    Then come back to www.ads-software.com and log out.

    Then go back to BuddyPress.org and log in.

    That should sync the cookies up, at least until the SSO issues get resolved.

    If I’m wrong and that doesn’t fix it, then we’ll just have to take the day off until this gets fixed up! ??
