    Hello!
I have been using Litespeed for quite sometime and tried to use quic.cloud. Seemed like everything was working until I noticed adding things to the cart seemed to be failing. I disabled quic.cloud, no luck. I reset all Litespeed settings to default, no luck. I disable the plugin and everything works as it should. I tried to delete and start fresh, no luck, adding multiple items to the cart fails. I switched to W3 Total Cache and everything is perfect again. I’d like to stay in the Litespeed family but I need to start over from scratch. How do I do this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

All files are in /wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache , and you may also have a dir in /wp-content/litespeed

Instead of removing it, if you can explain your cart issue , we might be able to help with.

    Best regards,

Thanks for the reply, here are the details…

I had installed Litespeed a while back and, as far as I can remember, used the default settings with no issues.

Recently, I installed Sunshine Photo Cart https://www.sunshinephotocart.com/ and it worked well with the existing settings, if not a little slow compared to my other site, which is significantly more complicated, https://professionalawesome.com/. This surprised me because I would think that more complicated site would be slower.

I decided to try quic.cloud to see if I could get it to move as smoothly at my other site and then noticed that when I added items to the Cart, the Cart wouldn’t update. It would either add 1 item and then no more or not add any items whatsoever. I turned off quic.cloud and still had the same issue. Use the tools to reset Litespeed back to default and the problem still occurs. Deleted and reinstalled the plugin, still the same issue. I have tried probably a dozen ways to get Litespeed to work like it originally did and no luck. I installed W3 and deleted Litespeed and everything works perfectly again.

I’d rather not install Litespeed again unless I know I can go back to how it was originally and then adjust from there as my site isn’t usable and people are currently buying photos after an event.

before you use QC, did it work ?

Could you please provide me a product link and enable LSCWP , so I do some quick test ?

Yes, before QC it worked perfectly fine.

Litespeed has been reinstalled, W3 removed. The cart problem persists.

Go to https://dpo.photos/galleries-2/ and choose a photo to add to the cart. It will appear just fine. Go to another photo and add it and that photo will not appear.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Please try this way :

edit your .htaccess, at top of your file , add

    RewriteRule .* - [E=Cache-Vary:sunshine_cart_hash]

save it , then do a purge all

That seems to have done the trick!

Do I leave the text in my .htaccess file?
