    Hi all,

most my sites run an identical Cloudways environment, and they all use their latest Breeze caching. The WordPress installs are also maintained more or less parallel, but on one site, I get weird Statify numbers since a few updates ago. Some days 0 or close to zero visits counted, other days three-to-four-digit user numbers (which should be the average).
I have activated that checkbox in the settings that is supposed to be checked when caching is being used…. Any ideas? Cant seem to be able to attach screenshots to this

This might be a similar issue like https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/crazy-counting/

    Hi,

sorry for the late response. I assume you’re running the latest stable WP and plugin versions, i.e. WP 5.4.x with Statify 1.7.x and JavaScript tracking enabled.

Is there any pattern like decreasing counts every x days or is it a more or less random distribution?

Could you check server logs for calls to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?
Every regular, countable page hit should be followed by such call with empty response and status 204.

Missing requests could indicate a problem with the JS resources, s.t. the tracking is not triggered. 4xx error codes might indicate a caching conflict here.

    Cheers,
    Stefan

    Hi

haven’t had the chance to check those counts, but it does all look a bit like a “pattern”… and it is just one site that is affected. Too bad I can’t upload images here maybe this works: https://postimg.cc/5Y3GzfdC
