Thanks for your question, this setup looks really interesting.

First of all, there is no solution out of the box to make displays move across the screen like on a LED display.

In your case, my workaround would be to create 4 placements for these positions. I assign a separate display group to each of them. In all four groups (ordered group type with an enabled refresh interval), the same four ads are the same, but their rotation starts with a different one of the four ads.

For example:

• Group 1: Ad1, Ad2, Ad3, Ad4
• Group 2: Ad2, Ad3, Ad4, Ad1
• Group 3: Ad3, Ad4, Ad1, Ad2
• Group 4: Ad4, Ad1, Ad2, Ad3

When the page is loaded, a different ad appears on each placement. After a time interval defined by you, different ad units are loaded on each placement in a fixed order, giving the visual impression that the ads are moving in a circle.
