    Hi,
    I created a simple subscription form with an e-mail input field, a custom field (I selected the checkbox option and I added a link to the Privacy Policy page by using the HTML code <a href="link.com">text</a>) and a subscription button.
    Unfortunately I pasted the wrong link (from another website I was working on). I edited the link, but on the Manage Subscription Page there were two checkboxes for the privacy policy acceptance – the old (and wrong) one and the new one.
    I also noticed that there was a list (the example list) I had previously deleted.

    Could it be a compatibility issue?
    I installed:
    WordPress version – 5.1.6
    PHP version – 7.0.33
    Mailpoet version – 3.47.5

    Could you please tell me which database table I should edit to delete those informations?
