Login Error Message

Hello,
I’m having an issue where if a user tries to login with an invalid username/password, no error message shows up. Instead, they are redirected back to the login screen with no error message.
The query seems to be working appropriately, with the URL changing to what is above, but no error message is displaying saying “Invalid username or password” it just refreshes the page
