• Hi, I have installed the latest version of the plugin to display a tag feed on this page, but it keeps on giving “Unable to get results” for my tag.

Then I removed the feed and account, reconnected the account and created a new tag feed with the default “wordpress” tag. That worked.

Then I changed the tag to “hotel171Rotterdam” and I get “Unable to get results”, so I did some more testing.

With these tags I get results
    hotel (30 mln in fed)
    rotterdam (5 mln in feed)
    discoverrotterdam (1.230 in feed)

With these tags I do not get results
    hotel171rotterdam (14 in feed)
    rotterdamhotel (190 in feed)
    hotelrotterdam (417 in feed)

The tag “discoverrotterdam” gives only 1 result (the most recent image), while there are 1.230 in the actual tag feed.

It looks like the plugin only receives images from tags with a very high number of images.

Is that a known limitation? I can’t find that info in the developer docs on Instagram.

    Thanks
    JP

  • The error also occurs to me.
I did everything as instructed by the developers, in the new version of the Plugin, but I get an error message when trying to create a gallery with a hastag that is on Instagram in at least 91 photos of me!

    – If I insert the tag “lisbon” which has thousands of photos, it works and shows the gallery with this tag,
    – But if instead of that I insert my hastag, specifying my Instagram (which has 91 photos) does not work and gives the error:
    Unable to get results
