Blocked Script Execution error

    I was trying this plugin,but I see I could not save the settings and Criticall CSS are not showing up in front end also in the settings area, but I am getting this message “Above-the-fold CSS styles have been generated. Save changes to apply. You can view and edit generated styles in Advanced settings page.”. When I check the console I see this error Blocked script execution in 'https://www.mysite.com/?pagespeedninja=no' because the document's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-scripts' permission is not set.

    How can I solve this issue, we are using Sitegroud, and previously installed other caching plugins like SG Optimizer and Autooptimize etc.

    Before I install this plugin to the site, I have tested in one of my testing site, there it was working. I dont know what is wrong, please let me know if I could do anything for this.
