Redirect chain?

When I check my site performance with GTmetrix, I’ve been getting “Remove the following redirect chain if possible:” errors for the last 24 hours or so.

For example, this is one of the errors in full:

I haven’t changed the Shortpixel setting, so I’m unsure where these errors are coming from all of a sudden.
