Locations are not showing on the map

Hi @gwindylyn,
Please make sure you are creating a map and using the shortcode assigned to that map

For a store to show up in the map
The store and map should have the same category assigned.
Make sure the correct latitude and longitude of the store are saved.
Make sure you have inputted the radius field correctly and selected a default radius (default one should be between square brackets)
Make sure the distance between the store and the default location is less than the default radius selected.

eg. If the default radius is 30km and the distance between the store and the default location is 40km. Then the store won’t show up in the initial load.

If these things do not work then please send screenshots of settings you have defined.

I checked all of the things you listed and they are all correct. Stores and the map have the same categories assigned. The correct longitutde and latitude are saved. Th radius is inputted as this:

5,10,25,50,100,200,[500]

I reloaded the map and it worked correctly! Not sure what happened but it is fixed. Thank you!

It could be caching issue or settings were not properly saved and when you rechecked they got saved properly.
Anyways good to see it worked for you with much hassle. if you liked the plugin we would like to have a kind and honest review.
