[Plugin: Now Reading Reloaded] Cannot leave Finished field null

  • When I start reading a new book, I add it to the database and then edit it to mark that it is currently being read and the start date. But when I save it I get an error that the finished date is null. This makes sense since I obviously haven’t finished it. But to avoid the error I need to put in a finished date, so I just put a month aheasd as a placeholder.

    Is this by design, or is something wrong?

    P.S. Running on Windows 2008 (IIS7) x64 with mySQL 5.1.33.

  • Probably a quirk of running on Windows. I don’t have a testing environment to replicate it, but I’ll try to look into it.
