Unable to import starter template

Further to the issues with installing the starter template plugin late yesterday, while that has now been resolved, I’ve tried to install a “Home” page template and it’s been 30 mins so far and it hasn’t imported. The pop suggests it should only take 2-10 mins. I’m not even trying to install a template of several pages. I lost a half day’s work due the server issue you had and now I’m doing to lose even more valuable time not being able to build client sites.
