Delay problem?

    Hi there,

    when i open my website the pop-up shows right away.
    I have it set-up that it should wait 45 seconds before opening the chatform.

    But the pop-up always shows right away. Any idea what i am doing wrong?

    I’ve checked your website, the delay is working correctly as it delays the message itself, not the whole chat.

    If you’d like to delay whole chat – please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a script code that will delay the whole chat window.
