    Hi there,

I’m have a memberpress membership site where different tiers get access to different free downloadable products. Memberpress is handling which products are visible and which ones are not.

My problem is that when someone goes to a category or runs a search the page will display “Products 1-12” but will only show 3 or 4 products – and then have pagination below it. Click page 2 and it will say “Products 13-24” but only show 3-5 products.

I know WHY this is happening, I just don’t know how to fix it.

WHY: It’s showing the products on that page that are set to be visible to that membership tier. However, woo-commerce is still “counting” all the other products that are invisible to that membership tier.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Correction: This is not happening in search. In search I actually have a different problem…it is showing all products, including ones that should be hidden.

Here is a screenshot of the problem I’m facing when someone navigates using the categories: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sfk006erhbogkx3/Screen%20Shot%202020-06-29%20at%2011.10.42%20AM.png?dl=0

    Hi there!
The best folk to talk to about this would be the developers of Memberpress. You can contact them via their support page here:
    https://memberpress.com/support/

I know that in WooCommerce Memberships you can define how you want to hide restricted content.
You can choose to hide content only which will display the products in a category or shop page but hide the content of the single product page.
This is what you need from Memberpress. The ability to just hide content rather then the whole product so it shows up in the category pages etc.

As to the search issue, are you using the inbuilt search function or an external one such as Google?
The inbuilt search should not show products that are hidden but search engines such as google will still index them since they can be accessed via a URL.

I hope that helps you to figure it out.
Feel free to get back to us if you have further questions.
