layout issue while adding a popup on single page product

Hi
I have a very specific case.

We have added a button to open a popup (Poser une question) on single product page.
Since we have this button we have an issue on Iphone and Ipad only.
On all product with at least 2 pictures (and picture slider), the magnifier does not display correctly and the menu as well. It is like the picture is displaying over all these elements.

We tried to de-activate the button with popupbuilder only, it is working back.
We tried to de-activate the product pictures slider only, it is working.
Also while it is not working, we click on the button and close the pop up it is working too.
