making a link to an outside article

  • I’m new at this…so bare with me.

    I am experimenting on my front page with creating posts that link to an outside article. How do I get my header post words so that by clicking on them they go to outside article?

    I was able to make a link to an inside page but can’t seem to do the same for outside article.
