error while downloading envato elements free blocks

  • An unexpected error is coming when i am trying to download the free blocks in envato elements in the wordpress. I am using Elemetor page builder.Please help.

    Have you tried reaching out to the folks over at Elementor yet? If it is the free one you might be able to check: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/elementor/

    Otherwise you would need to to through their support channels if you are using a paid version of it.

    I’ve the same problem
    – Elementor – 3.0.11 (not Pro)
    – Envato Elements – 2.0.6
    – Ocean Extra – 1.6.6 (Temlates)
    Tried to implement Free Kids “Surf Shop -> Board Detail 1” stopped at 65% with
    this Error.
    Any ideas ? Br Andreas
