weekly display of the Form

Hello,

Can I display the appointment reservation form weekly, instead of the default monthly view?

Is it possible to display the email or the name of the person who reserved on the same weekly calendar or at least on the reservation list [CP_APP_HOUR_BOOKING_LIST] ?

Another big issue, it’s impossible to cancel once we book an appointment;
