Can I add an existing pixel to my site?

Please help, I’m not able to add the automatically created pixel to my facebook business. Can’t even do anything with it because the ad account associated with it was disabled. I tried to remove and reinstall plugin from the begining to add an existing pixel but it always takes the old pixel. I can’t start retargeting ad because of this.
