    In this form design can I use some field as in one layout in two-column and another some filed I use as a single column

    open the page and wait for 30 sec seen this popup , this popup under i use saleforce plugin . see this form there company and zip code input field i want to create width 100% but first name and last name input filed i can’t change width.
