Filter Not Showing

When I set up the filters, and paste the shortcode on to a page, the filter shows up for about 1 second and then disappears.. seems to work if I deactivate woocommerce product tables, but soon as I activate it again, it keeps doing it.
Was working earlier today before update (now on version 3.0.0.5)
