Dynamic VAT on shipping cost

Is there a plugin to calculate how much the VAT should be on shipping depending on how much of the order is subject to VAT? Some things to sell should not have VAT.

If you have an order with both VAT-exempt products and products subject to VAT, it will be a headache.

There is VAT on silver, but not on gold. Example: If the price for silver corresponds to 50% of the total order amount, then VAT should be calculated for half the shipping cost. If shipping is 100 USD then 50USD of these should include 25% VAT (10 USD VAT) for silver while the other 50USD for gold is VAT exempt.
