Cannot Add Logo/Thumbnail

    I just installed Rank Math, and imported my data from SEO Press. However, the Open Graph thumbnail and Local SEO logo upload boxes are grayed out and clicking on them does nothing.

    I’m using Chrome, but have the same problem with Edge. I’ve flushed my cache and relaunched Chrome, but to no avail.

    Thanks for any assistance.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Thank you – that did the trick. I’ll email the other plugin dev, but if you’re interested for purposes of making Rank Math more “bulletproof”, the offending plugin was WP Copy Media URL – a small time-saving plugin, but not critical to my site, so I’ve disabled it.

    Glad that helped. It seems like that plugin is running its scripts on all the admin pages whereas it should run them only where they are needed. Should be an easy fix for them.
