    Hello,

    I find your plugin very nice, except that sometimes, and I don’t understand what it depends on, the transcription is not complete.
    Only the agent’s messages remain and not the guest’s.
    I have lost some important data such as the guest’s email address or phone number for this reason.
    Now I am forced to copy and paste elsewhere and quickly, the messages in the chat as long as it is active because I am never sure that the transcription is complete.
    can you help me?
