@guidopanzeri We checked on your site in a Google search here, and do see the FAQ schema appearing correctly on several pages (see image here).

Can you please let us know what keyword you are searching when this occurs?

Also, is your issue that the FAQ schema isn’t appearing as expected, or that you want your page to rank to higher for a given keyword?

Hi, thanks for the answer, I know that by doing site: audiodiqualità.com the faq scheme is shown correctly, but when I search for the keyword for which that article was written (ex. Migliori Cuffie Bluetooth 2020, Migliori Auricolari Bluetooth 2020, Migliori Casse Bluetooth 2020, Migliori Cuffie Per Musica) is not shown in the serp. I have tried to implement the faq scheme both to improve the ranking and to help my users.

@guidopanzeri We did a site search of using the keywords that you specified and we are still seeing the FAQ schema output correctly in the Google results (see image here).

Can you please clarify how to replicate the issue you are experiencing? Or provide a screenshot of the problem?

As Yoast is outputting the right schema on the page, it is up to Google to decide to then show it.
