Form not saving

  • Hello,

    I have the same problem as someone else a week ago for saving existing forms. But the change in smartforms.php doesn’t resolve the problem. I have a multisite installation (two languages) … wp 5.4.2. Smartforms plugin is latest release. The problem is when i want to save the changes, it turns and turns but never ends and never saves the changes.

    What could cause the problem?

    Could you check your php error log to see if it says something about the issue? If you are not sure how to get this log your hosting/server support can help you get it for sure.

    thank you for the quick reply.

    I turned debug to true in Wp but the error log is empty … maybe the php cannot write to the file because it’s somewhere before in the loop?

    I just tried to save a new form: this works! cloning and saving a new form works also, there’s just a problem with older forms and it seems the same error occurs when i use multiple choice in a searchable list.

    Update: the problem comes from the sent email notification …
