• Hi Pinal,
    I’ve noticed that when the end user receives his quote in his email box, the link to the payment page shows an error message, ‘page unvailable’.

    When the end user clicks to the payment page from the link in his account, the page shows well, and he can choose from the payment methods.

    Of course, in both cases, payment methods are activated.

    Any idea ?

    Hi Pinal,
    After calculating the quote price the tha back-office, I clicked the Send Quote Email button, but I never received (as a customer) the email , I did it several times (I clicked the Re-Send button).

    Above in the back-end there’s a link which leads to the payment and It says that it’s not possible, none payment methods are shown.

    Hi Patrick,

    1. Pay link not working: I tried to test this for a registered user as well as a guest user using the latest versions of the plugins & was unable to replicate the issue.

    For a guest user, it takes me directly to the Pay for Order page. For a registered user, I opened the Pay link in Incognito mode of the browser, I was asked to login and then was automatically redirected to the Pay for Order page.

    2. Quote email not being sent: Did this happen for a one-off order? Or is it happening for all the Quote orders? Again, I’m unable to replicate it with my setup.

    You might have been unable to make the payment from the My Account page as the Quote status has not been updated. Can you kindly check if you see an order note stating that the Quote has been marked as completed? Something like this?

    Please let me know.

    I’m extremely sorry. I missed your last reply.

    This is strange. Can you kindly let me know if the issue still persists? If yes, request you to kindly send me the WordPress admin access details and the FTP access to a staging/dev site where I can replicate and look into the issue.

    Please send the details to me email address (you already have the address).

    I’ll check and get back to you. I hope it is fine for me to place some test orders while looking into this.
