Link to payment page not working from email

Hi Pinal,
I’ve noticed that when the end user receives his quote in his email box, the link to the payment page shows an error message, ‘page unvailable’.When the end user clicks to the payment page from the link in his account, the page shows well, and he can choose from the payment methods.
Of course, in both cases, payment methods are activated.
Any idea ?
