Bug: Block shows hidden products

    Bug: the WooCommerce product blocks show products even if they are set to be hidden from both shop and search.

    Ugly work-around: set the product date way back into the past so that the block shows only the newer products.

    BUT: the block “top rated products” sorts by rating – so the work-around doesn’t work: hidden products appear in the block if they were well rated.

    Sam,

    the WooCommerce product blocks show products even if they are set to be hidden from both shop and search.

    I justed tested this by putting a hidden product into a category, then using the Products by Category block, selecting that same category. The hidden product did not show in the list.

    Which blocks are you referring to specifically?

    I can see that hidden products are displayed when you explicitly choose them using the Hand-picked Products block, but I guess one could argue that that’s the expected result.
